What's new in Bookara
Improvements that shipped in Bookara, newest first. Only changes a customer can see are listed, each with the date it went live.
Changes
Spam protection and REST hooks
Booking pages turn away scripts and limit how often one email address or connection can ask, across every Bookara page. Tools can now subscribe through the API to new, moved and canceled bookings and new inquiries.
Your own meeting link, a phone number or an address
Each booking page can use your own meeting link, such as a Zoom room or a Whereby link, a phone number or an address. It goes in every email, the calendar invite and the booking's page.
Availability by fit, no-show risk and question insights
Your best leads can be offered better times while others get a resource or a waitlist. Every booking shows its no-show risk, and Bookara shows which answers predict who turns up and buys, with suggested changes you approve.
Booking by chat
Visitors can book by chat on your booking page or from a website chat button, with the same questions, rules and free times as the form. It's off until you switch it on for a page.
Works with Accord
Accord's notetaker can join your booked calls, and each booking shows the proposal Accord drafted from the call.
Busy times from your own calendar
Paste your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar's private address and Bookara won't offer a time that clashes with anything in it. You can add repeating busy times too.
