What Bookara connects to

Bookara has 13 connections (5 live, 8 coming soon). Each one below carries the status the app itself shows, so nothing here is more available than it is in Bookara.

Live

Switched on and working today.

  • Your calendar's private address (Google, Outlook or iCloud) Live

Paste your calendar's private address; Bookara re-reads it every 10 minutes, keeps only when you're busy and never offers a time that clashes.

  • Signed webhooks, REST hooks and the booking API Live

Each booking and inquiry is sent to any URL you choose, and tools can subscribe through the API; works with Zapier's and Make's webhook triggers.

  • Stripe (paid appointments) Live

Connect your own Stripe account; invitees pay when they book, with no Bookara fee, and are refunded automatically if the calendar can't take the booking.

  • Accord Live

Connect Accord; its notetaker joins your booked calls, and each booking shows the proposal drafted from the call.

  • Onda Live

Onda's AI receptionist books calls into your Bookara calendar through the booking API's voice keys.

Coming soon

Built or planned, not switched on yet. What it waits on is listed.

  • Google Calendar with Meet links Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; Bookara reads free and busy times and creates, moves or deletes only the events it books.

Waiting on: Google's OAuth verification of Bookara's calendar scopes, then a real booking made, moved and canceled on production.

  • Microsoft 365 with Teams links Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; the same for Outlook calendars, with Teams links for work and school accounts.

Waiting on: Bookara's Microsoft Entra app registration and publisher verification, then a real booking made, moved and canceled.

  • Zoom Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; a Zoom meeting is made on your account for each booking and moved or deleted with it.

Waiting on: Zoom's Marketplace review, so accounts outside New Odyssey's own can connect.

  • Webex Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; a Webex meeting is made on your own Webex account for each booking and moved or deleted with it.

Waiting on: Bookara's Webex integration being registered at developer.webex.com.

  • HubSpot Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; each inquiry becomes a contact and each booking a meeting whose outcome stays up to date.

Waiting on: Bookara's HubSpot public app and its credentials on the service.

  • Salesforce Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; each inquiry becomes a contact and each booking an event on it, kept up to date.

Waiting on: Bookara's Salesforce connected app being registered.

  • Pipedrive Coming soon

OAuth sign-in; each inquiry becomes a person and each booking a meeting activity, marked done once it happens.

Waiting on: Bookara's Pipedrive app being registered; a public Marketplace listing also needs Pipedrive's review.

  • Zapier and Make apps Coming soon

Bookara API key; instant triggers for new, moved and canceled bookings and new inquiries.

Waiting on: The apps being pushed to Zapier and Make, and each one's review for a public listing.
